Nollywood actor, Femi Adebayo, has responded to actors that are condemning the judgment of the Theatre Arts & Movie Practitioners Association of Nigeria (TAMPAN).

The movie association had recently announced the suspension of two of its members – Nkechi Blessing and Iyabo Ojo – from featuring in any film.

Adebayo, while voicing his solidarity with the TAMPAN, took to his Instagram page to reinstate the commitment of the association.

The lawyer turned actor said that unruly behaviour from a person or persons would not be tolerated.

“One, TAMPAN as an association never supports crime or violence in its entirety. Two, the TAMPAN constitution is built on many things, including order and mutual respect. Also, the key to us is the advancement of our talents, craft, and the continuation of our way of life. Three, unruly behaviour from a person or persons would not be tolerated. Matters may have mixed but all I have mentioned are the facts in this issue.”

According to him, consultations and conversations between parties involved are ongoing and by His grace, matters shall be resolved.
